Why CVPath takes the morning
The OWL challenge session is the most logistically involved item of the day — results, analysis and top-team presentations in a single hour — and runs more reliably early.
Why the panel sits after lunch
Placing the joint panel immediately after the break keeps both audiences in the room across the transition, instead of losing the morning group to the rest of the conference.
Why a single poster session
One combined session rather than two is where cross-pollination between pathology and neuroscience is most likely to actually happen, over posters rather than over slides.
Venue and attendance
The workshop is held in person at WACV 2027, Disney Springs, Lake Buena Vista, Florida, USA, on one of the two workshop days (January 4–5, 2027). WACV 2027 does not accommodate virtual workshops or remote presentations: all organizers and presenters must attend on site, and at least one author of every accepted contribution must register for the conference.
